Helene Chadwick (November 25, 1897 – September 4, 1940) was an American actress known for her work in silent films, and later in talkies and television. She appeared in over 170 films over the course of her career, which spanned from 1916 to 1940. Chadwick worked with many notable directors, including Cecil B. DeMille, Mack Sennett, and Frank Capra. She was also one of the thirteen WAMPAS Baby Stars of 1921. Despite her success, she struggled with personal issues including depression and addiction throughout her life. Chadwick died of a heart attack at the age of 42.
